Severe Separation Anxiety

Dogs often face separation anxiety when the owners leave the dog alone for any period of time. It is important to note, often times the owners do not understand dog psychology. Understanding a dog’s mind and their behaviors is key to knowing how to work with them and what to do in situations from feeding, times of separation, being at the door, addressing danger and many other issues. With this type of issue and most dog behaviors, it takes time working with the dog on a daily basis to change the behavior. When an owner knows how to appropriately address issues at home, the dog realizes that they no longer need to worry about everyone in the home, and they can just relax and be a dog!

Cheri Strickland

Teaching dogs has been a passion my entire life. When I learned how to train dogs in a gentler way, the way the dog learned was phenomenal. This way of teaching is definitely a game-changer!
